How likely are you to recommend Family Care Center Therapy & Psychiatry - Mt Juliet?
What patients say on Google
“Been seeing Leslie Daschner for almost 2 years but only consistently for the last year. She has been so patient, supportive and compassionate to help me achieve emotional and mental stability again after experiencing a crisis. I absolutely appreciate the care she provides and her willingness to help me even when I was reluctant. I was referred to FCC through my employer’s EAP counselor.”
“They charged me for a visit they canceled, didn’t submit my insurance paperwork, and then billed me anyway. I’ve called several times and no one has helped or called me back. Terrible customer service.””
“I tried to set an appointment which they would not do until they could find out who would pay. They then set me up with an appointment and didn’t let me know it was not covered until I showed up. I called the billing department who was SO RUDE. Both the office and billing said a supervisor would call me back which neither did. Front desk lady was nice, everyone else made my mental state worse.”
“Everything was perfect! Chelsea Odin was very knowledgeable and very nice to meet. The entire office staff was very nice.”
