How likely are you to recommend Family Care Center Therapy & Psychiatry - Central Austin?
What patients say on Google
“THIS IS A DOUBLE REVIEW..one for me and one for my son… My therapist Jessica is truly amazing. From my very first session, she just understood me and what I was looking for in a therapist. She always takes the time to listen, and I never feel judged. She makes me feel so comfortable being myself, and I always leave our sessions feeling better than when I walked in. She is so caring, compassionate, and encouraging, and I can tell she truly loves what she does. I’m so thankful I found Jessica because she has made such a positive difference in my life. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares, listens, and wants to help you. Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful with my son. She is so kind, patient, and gentle, and she has a way of making him feel comfortable, safe, and understood. We’ve already seen such a positive impact, and it’s clear how much she truly cares about the children she works with. She has also been incredibly kind to me throughout this process, always being so positive, encouraging, and supportive. I truly appreciate everything she has done for our family, and I highly recommend Stephanie to any family looking for a compassionate therapist who genuinely wants to make a difference.”
“We had a really great experience at Family Care Center. Everyone was so kind from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff was welcoming, the medical assistant was very friendly, and the whole visit went smoothly. A special thank you to our provider, Lindsey. She really took the time to listen to our concerns and never made us feel rushed. She answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel like she genuinely cared about helping my brother. That meant a lot to us, especially since we were establishing care with a new provider. Mental health appointments can be stressful, but everyone at the office made us feel comfortable and treated us with kindness and respect. We truly appreciate the care we received and would definitely recommend Family Care Center to others.”
“Lindsey Schwartz is the most valuable, qualified, and caring provider I have encountered in my 64 years. I have been under some form of psychiatric care since I was 19 years of age. I escaped a cult at 19 and have spent my entire adult life taking my mental health seriously because of the damage and subsequent trauma and PTSD that resulted, as well as the effects of a highly stressful career. Over the decades, I have had experiences with many different mental health professionals, and I can say without hesitation that Lindsey stands apart. I cannot find enough good things to say about her. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in my well-being. I find it increasingly rare, particularly in the Austin area, to encounter healthcare providers who seem to be in their profession because they truly feel called to it and genuinely care about the people they treat. Lindsey has even called me at home on a weekend simply to check on me. That level of personal concern and commitment is something I have never experienced from a healthcare provider. I have never had any professional in my life demonstrate the kind of concern for my well-being that Lindsey does. I trust her completely, and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found her. If you are looking for a psychiatric provider who is not only highly qualified but truly cares about her patients as people, I cannot recommend Lindsey Schwartz highly enough. She doesn’t simply provide a service, she provides care. I know everyone calls them health “care” providers. However, most are lacking the ‘care’ part in my experience. Not Lindsey Schwartz. She truly cares.”
“Ms Jacqueline is so sweet and comforting. We feel comfortable being vulnerable and look forward to our appointments. Her communication with me is professional, nonjudgmental and practical. I really appreciate her time and talent. My son says he wants to continuing seeing her for the rest of his life. :)”
