How likely are you to recommend Family Care Associates?
What patients say on Google
“We have been going to Family Care for years. Staff are knowledgeable and caring. They listen to concerns. They are helpful with questions. From being greeted during check in, to being examined for a check-up/illness, we have been well cared for here. Highly recommend Family Care for their children and for themselves!”
“Sue was great with my 7 year old son for our quick visit to exam him. She talked to him and let him explain everything on his own terms and was extremely understanding. He has autism so some of his explanations are a bit lengthy- she didn’t interrupt and let him finish. Highly recommend.”
“Twice, with two of my children, years apart, I have had them in behavioral therapy with Kari Thompson. My oldest was taken off the schedule through the summer and was never put back on. More recently, my youngest was set on a schedule that worked for us, and the therapy seemed to help, but then all of a sudden, there were no available appointments for the time frame we needed so now I'm back to square one trying to find someone new. I was told just today that Kari does not do late appointments during the summer any way. Why was this not brought up from the get go? How many other children are falling through the cracks because, what should have been their scheduled appointments are being replaced by other patients? Although the scheduling personnel were kind, they were unable to answer these questions for me, leaving just one frustrated, upset mama.”
“Excellent experience! SUE EVERSOLE is incredibly thorough, attentive, kind, and professional. She provided top-tier care, explaining everything clearly, communicating across multiple providers, and making my husband’s health a priority. The best Nurse Practitioner I have seen—I highly recommend her!”
