“**Deleted my previous review BEWARE! This was my second visit to your clinic, and unfortunately, both visits have felt like a waste of time. I paid $200 to be referred to a psychologist who does not perform psychiatric evaluation testing. While the staff was friendly, I specifically asked before payment if I would receive documentation from the provider confirming that treatment had begun. I was told yes, but I received no formal documentation—only a sticky note with a referral to someone who doesn’t offer the services I need. I hope your practice improves its communication and provides clearer, more accurate information to new patients in the future. P.S. I would like a refund.”
