“Do not use this place if you’re wanting some actual help !! I’ve been with them for over two years now the first year and a half. I was ghosted by my counselor. The doctor was always in and out and when you try to talk to them about your medication it’s always overlooked you never get anywhere go somewhere else.”

“My daughter has been being seen for years by different therapists here and they were good until we moved and instead of talking to me and only goin on the word a minor Child in their services they discharged her with no notice or talking to the parent /guardian which has messed up her insurance and even though I’m willing to drive her back to the office (we live 50+) miles away to keep my child where she feels comfortable so she doesn’t have to start over with a new therapist they still discharged her with no reason and made it clear she wasn’t welcome back. I’m disappointed in how it was handled and having to start over trying to to get my child help .”

“Missed appointments with no one reaching out as a councilor you should care more about the CHILDREN you do not help and quit putting things on them they did not do. Don’t get upset they will call you aggressive even tho it was their mistakes!! Thanks for the two different discharge letters won’t make your case true now. Which one did you lie on oh wait BOTH!”

“BEWARE! do not send your kids here, we had melissa garrett as a counselor, she is clearly way too incompetent to be anyone’s counselor, she is rude and disrespectful and lacks empathy to other family members that are involved in the child’s life. I really wanted to snatch her wig off for the way she spoke to my mother and father! seems to me that melissa needs a therapist/counselor herself. she wants everything done on her time..like no! it doesn’t work that way lol. families inc is an absolute horror show and a joke, i definitely should have read the reviews beforehand!”
