How likely are you to recommend Falcon Health Center?
What patients say on Google
“I went about 3 weeks before with UTI symptoms. I got told it came back negative and that im probably dehydrated. The doctor did prescribe me a low dose of antibiotics to help alleviate the symptoms. 3 weeks later I was back with worse pains and more symptoms. The doctor that treated me the second time seemed very concerned as my white blood cell count was higher. She treated me in an efficient and professional manner and ensured me she is getting everything tested. She was really good at her job. I'm not mad at the first doctor as she explained it's not protocol to send out extra labs with where my numbers were but also am wondering if all this pain could have been prevented if the labs did get sent out just in case. Now I have 2 bills for the same issue. Overall, both doctors talked to me in a very respectful way and seemed to have my best interest at heart and for that, I appreciate the experience I had. In the past I would be talked to like I was just another body coming in needing some kind of excuse to get out of work. This was not the case.”
“So today I had to leave work at BGSU due to my knee. Dr. Mussad was SOOOOO AMAZING! He was so positive and caring! He listens to you and then decides how to treat you! The ladies at front desk were also very kind as well as nurse and xray technician! Thank you all for what you do!!!”
“Katie was excellent, she explained my symptoms and diagnosis. I feel very confident in my treatment plan. I felt heard and was able to ask questions, definitely a positive experience for a bad day I was having. I didn’t expect to end up in urgent care that day- but it was pleasant and would recommend the service to others.”
“The staff are rude. My daughter has been seen 3 times in 4 yrs and the experience is worse each visit. They spend little time listening to your concerns and if you state what you’re experiencing you are told that it’s not true? My daughter has been on antibiotics for 5 days with no improvement and told her strep test is still pending. When ask to switch medication and cover her pain they say they stand by their orders. Please look at other clinics when needing good care and pleasant workers.”
