“This place needs to be checked out asap! I will never go back here. I went to get checked for another ear/sinus infection, the CRNP I saw did the bare minimum to check me for anything. I told her that certain antibiotics would not work on me and she still prescribed the same antibiotics but at the highest dosage. I called back not even a week to speak with CRNP Mo and the front desk receptionist asked,” Which medication do you want to try next?” I said ma’am I am not a doctor, I can’t prescribe myself medication or self diagnosis myself. The CRNP Mo called me back. She said ,” oh these are new symptoms “. No I specifically mentioned each symptom prior to leaving days prior and it got worse. She then prescribes without seeing me via video nor come back in person for stronger medication. They are trying to charge me for a new appointment, which I did not schedule. It hasn’t even been a full week. They said that’s considered a follow up etc. I canceled everything! Will be filing a complaint. This will review aligns with the reviews that are on the temple hills location.”
