“We only went to the initial visit with Dr. Noor. We chose her because of the great reviews. However, in our experience she was extremely dismissive of my daughter. First, she tried telling me my daughter couldn't give her an answer, then when my daughter told her that she did give an answer, she asked her what she said. Dr. Noor then totally invalidated what my daughter said basically telling her it wasn't good or specific enough. She then proceeded to straight up tell me that I was going to cancel the counseling appointment I had scheduled for my daughter the following day (with another provider) & demanded that I take her to the inpatient facility of which she was the director in the morning instead. I def felt it was a conflict of interest, but that wasn't the main concern. Overall, it was a terrible first impression. Needless to say, we have found another psychiatrist who is a much better fit for our needs.”
