Responds to issues that need attention before next appointment usually the same day. I have every confidence in his skills as a well respected Dr.”

“I'm in a really bad place and my primary doctor sent in an urgent referral. They were so very rude on the phone and made me feel like I was more of a burden than I am already. I just couldn't do it. I started crying on teh phone with them and the lady on the phone just kept insisting that I go back into my office (with all my coworkers) to get my credit card or she wouldn't even pencil me in for an appointment. I give up. There's a reason they have openings. Their staff is why. It's horrific to be in crisis and trying to get help then having to deal with their coldness. It was awful. I'm going to wing it on my own because obv they don't want to be bothered with me anyway.”
