“Dr Sonya is fantastic but do not go here if you actually want to schedule appointmets yourself. I've been going here for about 6 months now and after I scheduled my first and only in-person visit, the rest have been virtual. I like virtual appointments but I have not actuallt been CONTACTED to schedule an appointment since the first visit. The office staff is lazy, incompetant and will not actually call or contact you to make an appointment, you'll just get a notification that something has been set. I've called the office about this, frustrated, and the man told me that the scheduling notes say I was CALLED to set this up even though I never was. The office is lazy and makes untrue notes on your account regarding scheduling attemps because they obviously don't have the competance or desire to do their jobs and contact their clients. You get less than a weeks notification and have to call to reschedule every time for an appointment that might actually work for you. It's inconvenient, inconsiderate, and absolutely aggrivating to do this every month because nobody here can pick up the phone. I like my doctor but the office is so incompetant, I will not proceed here as a patient.”

“Unacceptable. Referred to them for help with postpartum depression, phone calls ignored several times ( it would ring once then voicemail, next time ring 3 times then voicemail and so on) Told in the first conversation they actually answered, I would be scheduled when my referral came through, week of repeated attempts to contact the clinic finally to be told they’re not accepting new clients.. This clinic does not care about your well being or your mental health. You could have simply answered the phone and offered a referral some place else if you can not help a patient. If this is how you treated me I can’t imagine someone in an even more dire need for help.”

“I saw Dr. pearch for a few years and complained of jaw movements and pain at almost every visit to which he denied any connection to taking antipsychotics and encouraged me to pursue treatment for tmj disorder even though I suggested developing a tardive disorder which he adamantly denied BUT yesterday after years of struggling with the pain and now undeniable movements I was diagnosed with tardive dystonia by a neurological movement specialist at osu. If Dr. Pearch would have listened to my concerns and intervened I may have not been stuck with this condition for life. Feels like neglect to be honest. Do not let him tell you that latuda cannot cause the condition because the specialist said that it is most likely the cause since I took it for years and it started after I began taking it.”

“I’ve been doing online appointments with Dr perch and have yet to see a medical bill and when I went to look to see if my insurance has paid and they haven’t. I have over 1,500 in medical bills from them and yet not one bill. I only go here because my family doctor recommended it to me because he can’t do psychiatric treatments/counseling. I was also hoping he would be different in the aspect of not Diagnosing everybody with depression anxiety, I have tried to tell him I think it’s more than jusy depression and anxiety. I always get well those symptoms can occur with depression. I get it’s super common but not all of us jusy have that. It’s been this way with all my other doctors and I have given up ans stuck with the Diagnosis”
