What patients say on Google

“The overall rating of this particular medical facility had me a bit concerned; however, I decided to "press my luck" and give it a try! My main purpose was to establish a primary care physician after becoming a new resident of the Lancaster area. I was assigned to a physician assistant by the name of Matthew Kessler. Matthew's overall bedside manner was downright degrading. I personally felt belittled and/or attacked from the VERY moment he introduced himself. Who refers to their patients as "dude?" The lack of professionalism was beyond ANYTHING I've ever experienced from a primary physician. That was my first and last time EVER using Fairfield Community Health Center! *****I will file a complaint with the medical board of Ohio as Matthew needs some guidance on how to simply treat NEW patients!*****”

“Dr. Bett. is an amazing doctor. He never judged me when I told him things that most Doctors would judge. He truly tries to help me and my medical issues. I can tell he's sincere. Not to mention he is very knowledgeable in the medical field. I hope he knows how grateful I am for him and the treatment he has provided my wife and I. He's genuine and trustworthy.”

“I brought my child in to get swabbed for Strep at 7:35 PM and they’re supposed to be open until 8. The receptionist said they wouldn’t see us and turned us away, even though a Strep swab takes about 30 seconds. There was no one else waiting to be seen.”

“Doctors, Counselors, and pharmacy all in one place!:I highly recommend FCHC!!!!! Dr Kessler is awesome! So is Integrated Setvices! And Mr John the Pharmacist”
