“I don't understand this business model for a mental health office. I have a referral from my primary care but in order to be seen, the Dr. must call me for a phone conversation. Is this a scheduled call? NOOOO they want you to be available for a random call during regular business hours, when I, and many others, are WORKING! They call once, if you don't pick up, you have to call them back to request another call. They've asked me if i'm available later today between x and y hours, and when i say yes... THEY STILL DONT CALL DURING THAT TIME. Its random and impossible to be available. this is not a good way to serve the mental health needs of your patients. Its taking way too long to even have this phone call that they require before I can even schedule an appointment. Stay away. These people do not care about your mental health!”
