“If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here when I was 14 right before Christmas. Not even a week into being here my grandma passed away. I cried upon hearing the news and I was forced to stay in my room for two weeks because I was upset that my grandma died. I was here for a total of 8 months and It did so much damage to me. I hurt myself almost every single day and staff never cared. I started swallowing things to try and die from the abuse I suffered here. I swallowed multiple things here multiple times. I had to have surgery to remove the foreign objects from the lack of care they provided. They don’t watch you and even if they see you hurting yourself they don’t care. I had staff tell me to hurry up and kill myself already, To go deeper, and one wanted to bring me a knife to go ahead and get the job done. I was in 31 restraints and grown men would throw me to the ground. I got thrown so hard into a brick wall by staff that I suffered a concussion and broke two toes and they didn’t care. They locked me in a seclusion room for over a week, they forced me to sleep on a bare mattress with no blanket, no pillow, no sheets, just a bare blue thin mattress. Girls would beat eachother up and the staff would watch and laugh and place bets on which child would win. Please do not send your children here and when they say they’re being abused LISTEN. I got released at 8 months because my insurance stopped paying from how awful I was doing there. I was racking up money from having to keep going to the emergency room from the lack of their care and the abuse I suffered. The emergency room refused to let me leave from how bad my injures were. Please shut this place down”

“I would give zero stars if I can, my husband and I place his daughter and the facility to get help and her behaviors got worse and more defiant she did not get the treatment she needed. She was allowed to do what she wanted to do. She’s allowed to refuse medication, she’s allowed to refuse therapy, especially family therapy, even though she was under a probate court order to complete services. Also, she was given a vape and was written up for the vape even though a staff member provided it. Our child at the time of discharge did not want to leave due to. She can do what she wanna do in the facility and it was one Staff Member Taja flood At the time of discharge came out the facility and request we handover our child’s treat bag, very unprofessional unethical and when we decide not to Give her the treat bag she got very defensive saying well I bought the stuff and I want it back and then another staff member told me what she wasn’t talking to you when she was was directly talking to my husband, which I’m not understanding if you give a child a treat bag why do you need it back? Our child is worse than when she came. Our child Had treatment for eight months at the facility and was working on trying to get her transferred to another facility due to her behavior was not getting better and they was not motivating her to do her treatment. It was more up to her and our child is only 14 years old. Please do not send your child here . We witnessed another youth in the lobby cussing with the staff member so they allow kids to cussing. All the staff member that was in the lobby while we was waiting on our child to be released was cussing and talking about the kids and very unprofessional unethical.”

“I recently checked back on the reviews for this group home/prtf and saw that my previous review has been deleted. This is completely out of hand deleting reviews that give real straight up, honest feedback on their personal experience. I'm posting again and saving it to come back and see if it gets deleted this time”

“I was here in 2018 case worker told that I was going to get My GED and they take people off campus, MANNN The biggest lie ever. They’ll take your regular clothes give you a jail jumpsuit, not to mention at the time they have a hug bedbug and rat infestation it’s was ridiculous. Your outside rec is played outside on a bar wire fence, ten minutes phone calls, cold dinner especially every Sunday.”
