My brother needs very specific questions to answer accurately. For example, 'how are you feeling?' will get a 'fine' response - because 'real men' don't complain. The question 'are you sleeping better with the new medication?' gets a more accurate response.”

“I have a therapist and psychiatrist here and would not recommend getting medication from here. I think the psychiatrist is great, however their system is horrible and I am completely unable to get into contact with my psychiatrist when I am in dire need of medication. Long wait times, and I’ve only talked to one or two people that have actually helped me at the front desk. Unfortunately I was unable to get their names, but they were amazing, but everyone else has been completely unhelpful. Whenever I need medication the most, they never seem to be able to get it to me.”
