“My therapist is amazing. I see her virtually so not actually at this office. HOWEVER, the billing/insurance team kinda sucks. They had be charging me $135 when my copay was actually $25 and they never talked to insurance to see what they should have been charging me. After months of being overcharged, I was given a refund of over $500.00 which is nuts. THEN on 3 separate occasions, I was charged an extra $15.00 and when I asked about it, they had nothing on their end so they can't give me my money back. My money is being stolen and I have no answers. This is extremely frustrating because I love my therapist but I can't afford to lose money like this.”

“I have had nothing but issues with this place. Their app doesn’t show/work hardly with any info. I was given different runaround’s on trying to find my diagnoses info and didn’t get my actual prescription till 2 weeks after my initial appointment. I miss an appointment because I try to hop on with technical issues and try to call the office and left on hold. But because they claim they didn’t get it on their end they charged me…you are not taken seriously here and it shows…”
