“Erlanger primary care- Soddy daisy is the best primary care in all of Tn. Dr Sonya Johnson is the most wonderful doctor I’ve have ever had!! She made me feel comfortable from day one and listened to all my health concerns. She really cares about her patients. I just love her!! I also think the entire medical staff here is absolutely wonderful !!! I wasn’t really expecting to have a pleasant experience since I’ve tried other doctors and primary cares in the past and I felt like they didn’t care about me and some were rude and made me feel very bad about myself. I’m so glad I found Erlanger- Primary Care in Soddy daisy Tn!!! They changed my entire life for the better and I couldn’t be more happier! I’m also so thankful to have found a place to take care of all my health concerns and to also treat me like I’m family and that’s the best thing anyone could ask for!!! Thank you all so much for everything I appreciate all of you at this location so much!!!!”

“The Practice manager at the Soddy Daisy location Michelle Wood epitomizes everything that is wrong with the health care industry today! All she is concerned with is making sure a 1 hour office visit can be billed for 20 minuets of time. I have had to have 3 surgeries this year. Spending well over 15K in my share this is not counting what the insurance company has paid. Yet when I asked 3 or 4 questions on MyCharts during my recovery Michelle Wood scolded me telling me questions are only acceptable with an in-office visit of course implying if they cannot bill the $200 bucks they are not interested in the proper recovery and well-being of a patient. Even though the Erlanger Health system had already been able to bill over 250K on my health care Michelle Wood implied I was trying to steal from her clinic. What was the over burdening question you may wonder. Well, I was very obese and the last 4 months I have made major life-style changes, diet and fasting. I have lost 70 pounds and was into my BMI range. I simply ask if my doctor would recommend, I try to go a bit lower in weight or move into just maintain mode. This was considered an outrage by Michelle Wood and an act of attempted theft. I hope top level Mgt at Erlanger do not encourage this type of caulis behavior and Michelle Wood's is a one off at Erlanger.”

She was by far the worst primary care doctor I have ever been to in my life and I’m 48 years old one minute she tells me she’s gonna do something for me the next minute she won’t she’s just there to collect money from the insurance and when you go see her this place is a joke”
