“he doesn't listen, he tried to prescribe stuff I didn't need, and didn't give me information on most of the medications he was trying to give me like side effects or anything like that. he eventually offered one thing I DID need, but he didn't follow through to get me the prescription, or even the medication information. I don't even know what medication it was he was offering me, as it's not even written down in my records so I can ask a different doctor to start me on it. Also he messed up my records in multiple ways, including what medications I was prescribed by another facility, important things I reported to him were missing from my records, and things I never said were added to my record. I will be contacting summa to get corrections done on my records. If you work with this doctor, make sure to request your records and look them over.”
