How likely are you to recommend Eric Yenchi, PMHNP-BC?
What patients say on Google
“I would give zero stars if I could. During my appointment he (Yenchi) completely disregarded my questions and requests. I am informed about the medication I used to take and I know how different types of medications affect me. I explicitly said I do not want to take my old medication again because of the side effects and he ignored me, LITERALLY said “no”, and acted as if I did not know about how MY medications affect ME. Worst interaction and appointment I have ever had with a psychiatrist and as someone who works in healthcare AND in mental health, I was honestly appalled by the way he treated me. Additionally, I had uploaded my insurance information to my original scheduled appointment, which he had to cancel (I understand things can come up and I’m not upset about that), and reschedule. I got the bill about a MONTH later and it said $200. I reached out to him and asked if they had my insurance, which he said they did not. I asked him to send me the link to upload my insurance, which he did, but it did not work. I reached out multiple times to ask him to send it again and was repeatedly left on read. Worst experience I have ever had and I do not recommend.”
“It’s difficult not to be frustrated with a mental healthcare professional who has a history of missing appointments with patients, especially when it comes to medication refills. Everyone has stuff but perhaps one would suggest this office could use a few extra helping hands. Peace and love.”
“Mr. Yenchi has a history of flaking on his patients without any communication. Please check the reviews here and use caution if you do have him as a "doc" and make sure you have a backup plan. Leaving people in a lurch and scrambling to get mental health support when you are a mental health professional is not cool and harmful. Please do better.”
“Dr.Yenchi has been my physicist for years and I have the upmost respect for this man he goes above and beyond through all of my experiences. He answers my calls any time or day to make sure that I'm OK and I would not change him at all. His staff is also amazing.I would refer anyone to him”
