“I agree with the previous reviewer in that the reception/setting up a new patient appointment needs work, but I feel the level of service I got from Stephanie outweighs the difficulties. I will say, since I deal with social anxiety, having to call as opposed to setting up an appointment online or via email is a pain that I avoided for months instead of seeking treatment when I should have. I think these things should be taken into consideration for potential new patients, especially for a psychiatry office. Once I made the appointment, however, everything was fantastic. Stephanie listened to me pour my heart out with my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with everything - from the room temperature, to the chair, to her as my specialist. She prescribed me medication and walked me through exactly what to expect with side effects, timelines, etc. and made sure to follow up with me. I have heard from almost everyone that medication with a psychiatrist takes a handful of of trial and errors before finding the right one that works. Not in this case. Stephanie NAILED IT in one go. I have never been to a psychiatrist before, and this well exceeded my expectations. Thank you for taking care of me Stephanie!”
