“I went for kids annual check complimentary under my employer health insurance. I got charged $220 for the annual preventive health check for us and sent a separate bill to insurance company as well. They simply put un necessary charge. No one in the help desk knows who put the charge and why it was charged. Pathetic service and un pleasant experiences. They are more inclined to bill customers than providing care. Never visiting the endevor health again. Good bye.”

“During covid19 there were 20 people in the waiting room, nobody checking Temps at the door and called back 15 minutes later. Over an hour wait for a blood test, and the don't take appointments. Lines inside and outside cause confusion, a disorganized mess. Five years later, and covid is ancient history, but Endeavor Health Deerfield is still a disorganized mess. I arrived an hour and a half before my doctors appointment for a blood test, and the receptionist assured me the wait would be less than 45 minutes. After an hour 15, I asked how much longer, she looked into space and said another 20 minutes. Finally got my 2 minute blood draw with only 5 minutes to spare. This lab is miss or miss, half the time the lab is closed, the other half you can expect to wait at least an hour.”

“I have to rate this place as low as possible because with one parental appointment in the next one I was scheduled for they called 3 days before I was scheduled and said they had to cancel the appointment and refuse to see me due to me not having a primary care physician. Trying to get my medical records for the hospital that will see me is nearly impossible . I went online and filled the online request form out and called to see a couple days later and they said they didn’t receive anything . Due to me working on the road I have to schedule appointments months ahead of time and also cannot constantly drive the 25 minutes to their location just to get the paper form release form . When I did find time and was off work I went down to the hospital and requested my medical records on paper form and the desk lady was more then unpleasant and irritated to just walk a couple steps and get me the paper . When I was done I asked do you guys keep this or do I deliver it to the hospital requesting it . She told me you can bring it over to the new hospital . So I did. When I arrived at the new hospital they told me NorthShore should have kept the form! Now the new hospital is having issues getting my medical release forms and I am in need of prenatal care so this is really mind blowing service in NorthShore part . Not to mention I already signed an electronic form they have but seem to have lost or don’t care to look for ! This is really appalling , and highly frustrating. Also the medical records lady voicemail box is constantly full and I’ve never been able to leave a message or get any call backs from them . Thankfully the new hospital is outstanding in their care and concern and is taking top measure to care for me and retrieve the records I have signed over twice now . This place really doesn’t sit well with me .”

“Tina was very helpful at the Deerfield location. I was on the phone with 2 different representatives inquiring about lab drop-off...neither one mentioned lab was closed in lake bluff,gal at lake bluff assured me Deerfield took walkins... when I walked into Deerfield it said the lab was closed today”
