“Worst experience ever. The doctor was dismissive and the nurse was short with us. This is the first time I have been back to this facility in about a year and it was a disappointment. Last time they sent my child to the er for “appendicitis” which was not the case it was the stomach virus. This time my child was sick they agin tried to tell me appendicitis again and go to the er nothing they could do for me. No offer of testing for flu,covid, or rsv. Just an immediate dismissal and a comment about my child having lots of stomach problems. Didn’t offer after care summary was told just get it from my charts.”

“On April 23rd, I contacted the office to request an accommodation letter for my workplace, explaining my medical condition. The office agreed to assist and scheduled an appointment for me to meet with Dr. Garcia on April 24th. During the appointment, Dr. Garcia informed me, “I’m sorry, I cannot provide an accommodation letter because I have never met you and l am unfamiliar with your medical history.” While it is accurate that he is not acquainted with my medical history, he made no attempt to inquire about my current condition or understand my situation. As a patient, I would have appreciated even a basic level of engagement or empathy to better understand my needs. It is not always necessary to know a patient’s full history to demonstrate empathy or gain insight into their needs. Additionally, I paid $241 for this appointment, and the service I requested was not provided. I believe the office could have informed me in advance, over the phone, that accommodation letters are not provided to new patients. This lack of communication resulted in unnecessary financial and emotional stress for me. Update: I was subsequently contacted by the office and issued a full refund. Although I regret that I did not receive the care I initially sought, I sincerely appreciate the office’s efforts to address the matter and resolve it in a timely and professional manner.”

“Went in for a yearly physical and mammogram. (Bonus #1: I was able to schedule both with no wait in between!) I arrived about 10 minutes early and was called back before my physical was scheduled. No wait for medical assistant to ask questions and take vitals. Then...only a few moments wait for doctor. Awesome!! From the medical receptionist on, everyone I came in contact was personable, friendly, and provided excellent service. Test results were back to my email later in the afternoon. Zero complaints from me!!!”
