What patients say on Google

“I am beyond disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from this facility. Today is Friday, April 10, 2026, and I have attempted to call this office at least four times today alone (and at least once yesterday). Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I have received zero communication back. I am a new patient attempting to establish care. Following the automated prompts, I pressed "2" to schedule a new patient visit, but that line is seemingly abandoned. I am formally requesting that an administrator conduct a thorough review of the call logs for this line today. Someone needs to be held accountable for why these calls are going unanswered. It is unacceptable for staff to simply not do their jobs when people are seeking help for one of the most critical aspects of their well-being. Mental health is just as important as physical health—they go hand-in-hand. How is anyone supposed to receive the care they need if the front door is effectively locked? I was given a referral to this location and was hopeful to start the process, but this experience has been a total failure in basic professional reliability. I truly hope management reviews the call history from today and addresses this negligence immediately.”

“While I haven't visited the clinic, I have interacted with staff there and it has always been a pleasant experience, especially all the times my insurance has changed over the years. I've done televisits with an NP for quite some time and I am very grateful I was connected with her. When I request refills through my pharmacy, the office is very prompt at getting back to them. 5 stars!”

“American healthcare system is a joke . I've been on medication Management for well over ten years and out of all the meds I've been on the one that actually worked and I have two previous diagnoses and medication management history/proof they won't help me with . It's literally like going to the ER with your arm broken and your bone sticking out saying hey my arms broken and them looking at you and saying oh I actually think it's something else . I have well over 200 pages worth of medications I've tried I've listen to psychiatrist for years for they to have never fixed one thing not a single thing but you know what they did do ? They made my daughter go through withdrawals from a medication that didn't work. I missed out on breastfeeding my child on meds that didn't work ! I spiraled out on meds they gave me and ended up in linden oaks Naperville lost my job my relationship etc . From majority of these meds I have nerve damage problems to the fact I would feel like it was raining on me . You know with places like this you really start to see what a money grab is . There is no money in curing and helping people there is solely money in creating more problems . 900 dollars was charged to see Maha Anwar and Ryan kunz . The first ones phone call lasted less then 5 min extremely rude and I complained and Ryan was nice but didn't do literally anything for me but offer me another hardcore med that had horrible side effects (go figure right let me guess was he going to put me on another med to "help " with those side effects ) I'm literally coming to you with my past meds and what worked and they are looking at me like welp to bad . I'm officially washing my hands clean of psychology and drs . You guys aren't here to help us and it shows . This was by far the biggest slap in the face to someone who genuinely crying out for help . You guys should be disgusted with yourselves . I'm writing this at 5 am because I cannot even sleep cause how disgusted I am with the healthcare system it should not and cannot be this hard to receive proper care it just can't be .”

“I really like this clinic and have been to so many before this one. Everyone I have met has been welcoming and the NP I am seeing is a very nice person who listens to you. As for the 1 star people, it would have been nice if they would have written what the issue is instead of just putting down one star. So, I would not take those into consideration if you are choosing a clinic.”
