“Way to conservative of a medicine approach to the point patients suffer, I unfortunately was one of those patients seeked a outside provider and immediately got the two increases on my medication I needed, but the straw that broke the camels back here was suffering for days with sleep issues and was not given any help over the phone had to supposedly make an appointment and come in choose not to and never went back. If you insurance is accepted keep in mind there’s also clinics outside of endeavor health that will also accept yours with more experience and you will be paired with an actual physiatrist.”

“I on my own accord, I signed up for their outpatient program for help with trauma, depression and anxiety. One morning they called me out of group session and in a very intimidating and forceful manner insisted I had to take a breathalyzer test and if I didn't the police would be called. I passed with 0 alcohol in my system. They thought I didn't look my best that morning and didn't like how looked- I was tired. The humiliation, the degradation, the complete lack of respect is appalling. The very thing I went in for help with, trauma being the worst, they perpetuated on me. Again, I freely signed myself up for this program as a fully grown adult. After the test, I had some very loud things to say and walked out of there never finishing the program. I should of walked out of there before taking the test, but they had a large woman in the room like a prison guard, with her arms across her chest, looking like she was going to physically block me from leaving. Absolutely horrid treatment, and never an apology. Called hospital to file complaint, they took down my information. I'm sure no one was ever held accountable. Also the psychiatrist on staff, was cold, had no empathy and she actually had the nerve to discount my personal experiences that had led me to my current mental state. They treated me like a court mandated criminal that was an inmate.”

“My name is Justina and I just discharged from liden oaks php program, the staff was amazing!! The staff there don’t force you to do anything you don’t wanna. They genuinely want you to get better. The therapists there are very nice and they take you serious. The psychologist Dr.J is funny and nice. Everyone is understanding,respectful and not rude. The building is clean the bathrooms aren’t dirty. They do check in sheets which are good and like end of day sheets too. They teach you coping skills too. There stay is usually 3-6weeks i only stayed to 3. The teacher that helps with math is nice too. I would highly recommend!!!! -Justina”
