“I will tell you, I understand why people mostly leave reviews and they are usually negative. The time it takes to write these, and the effort into explaining it all usually comes from the desire to make an experience heard. This should be for exceptionalism as well. So here is my review, & I am not even a patient yet. I needed to get an appointment for medication management. I have put it off bc of how anxious i get thinking about having to deal with the usual attitudes, sometimes feeling judged and loops offices make patients go through to simply get the medications i am already currently prescribed. So i called, I spoke with Heather and Gina who were very attentive and kind and quick to get me the form needed but extremely helpful and pleasant to speak to (even though it was the end of their day mind you!). I called back with questions and Kris who in my believe may be a manager who was also extremely kind, professional, understanding, and empathetic. (Which unfortunately is something practically unheard of any more in medical offices) well i complimented them and i must say - the team that does the hiring and the training - REALLY do an amazing job. I believe Kris was also one of the trainers she has been with the company for years as i understood, and it is TRULY a breath of fresh air to know there are still companies who go above and beyond to find the RIGHT people to build the RIGHT team with the right mindsets and have a shared mission for customer care. I have my first appointment coming up and i am already blown away at how much care and empathy this company has. A true passion of mine is Business and business development. This team at Empire Psychiatry are what Businesses across Long Island should template off of. Kudos Yoel Wartenburg from who it seems may be one of the owners? I’m not cure but great job Empire Psychiatry, they have a true understanding of the kind of quality care needed in Psychiatry for the patients they are dealing with and that is- as i said something practically no medical offices has anymore.
