I've been 3 times now begging for assistance, and each time met with an insane amount of disrespect. Do not go here unless you want your life to feel more worthless”

“Called to get information on my mom since she’s there and they said she did not consent to release information to me , yet hours before when I had dropped of medication for her the nurse said she had signed consent to give me her daughter information, this is disappointing when all I was trying to do is check on my 62 year old mother that is going through a crisis. Get better staff that is able to assist better the person answering the line this evening was just not helpful and showed no empathy or understanding.”
