She was incredibly welcoming and personable; the more we discussed, the more I realized just how misunderstood I had been by my previous provider. It felt like Dr. Ram knew what I was going to say before I even said it, seamlessly filling in the blanks whenever I struggled to find the right words. The entire administrative process was just as seamless, from Kate setting me up in the portal to filling out the intake paperwork and joining the televisit. Dr. Ram is clearly passionate and dedicated, bringing a true "we will figure this out!" attitude to the table. It means the world to know that, even in such a short amount of time, she is already protective, committed, and genuinely invested in me and my future. Given the nature of our conversation, I was relieved that she never rushed me or made assumptions. Every step of the way, she ensured I was comfortable and provided well-informed options so I could remain in complete control of my care.
