“I’m only giving 2 because my first therapist with them was amazing until he left for bigger and better things. I was then was put with another therapist who was new and she was oka,y but due to my work schedule completely changing I had to miss appointments and eventually stop going. I recently just tried to make an appointment for me and my children and was told due to same day cancellations and missed appointments I was no longer allowed to come to their office for help. Now for a place who is supposed to understand mental health and understand life isn’t always easy especially on a single mother who has mental health issues, I find this absolute bs especially when I tried to contact said new therapist multiple times and she refused to answer me which is why I would miss appointments. Some of my other missed ones are from my old therapist being sick and canceling on me same day, or the fact I have severe depression and didn’t want to get out of bed, or my work schedule interfering and when I would try to contact someone no one would answer. It’s just annoying that I can’t get help when a lot of the missed appointments or last minute cancellations weren’t 100% my fault. I really home yall see this and take it in to consideration to do better”

“**Editing Review** Had about 3 or 4 sessions with a counselor there and honestly, I would not recommend this office. Not sure about the other counselors as I only saw one person there. Definitely not professional in anyway and made our sessions mostly about them and their life. I understand that you have to find the right fit when looking for a counselor, but there’s some sort of professionalism that needs maintained.”

“My counselor is Emily Carter. She is fantastic. Very easy to talk to. Her personality is friendly, inviting, and one that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I felt an instant trust with her. She listens and offers suggestions on tools and ways to deal with concerns I had.”
