“This company took a 100 dollars from me because I was sick one day and didn’t realize the time. called them at 10:32 am and my appointment was at 10:00 am I called immediately and told them what happened and they said I had to pay 95.00 dollars for missing the appointment. I loved my therapist but to use my forgetfulness against me. It’s a mental health dr office and I can’t run the risk of another accident happening because 100 is a lot of money”

“The therapist whom I saw is good, but the office staff are abhorrent. I missed exactly one appointment (for reasons related to what I was trying to work on) after over a year of missing none, and the office staff want $95 from me now. They refused to lighten up about this when promoted. As such, I won't be going here anymore. A friend went to Bohdi counseling, and their office staff were much more reasonable and flexible and the therapists are just as good (in fact I know that at least one moved there in the past).”
