What patients say on Google
“It’s nice, clean and quiet. Easy check in and appointments are on time. I would like to see them reduce the total number of appointment reminders this is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars - it’s almost daily leading up the appointment and it’s very excessive and annoying. Other than that we’re pleased with the services provided. ****Revised I was charged a 100$ no show fee for an appointment that had been scheduled that I was not aware of. There was no appointment confirmation nor a reminder for said appointment. While I fully understand the no show policy and signed it - how can we be held to it when no one informed me the legal guardian of said appointment and no one sent a reminder for said appointment. The clinical director’s flippant remarks to me about signing the no show policy were unnecessary and rude. It’s not about not notifying the provider within 24 hours per the policy. It’s about the failure to communicate the appointment even existed. This is how a mental health provider treats their clients. Umm no thank you. Keep the no show fee it’s the last $ you’ll receive from us. We’ll look for a more compassionate understanding provider moving forward.”
“Working with Rebecca S. has been so wonderful! I am in a totally different and healthier place than I was when I started therapy a year ago! The support, compassion and gentle nudges to challenge my negative thoughts was just what I needed. We had virtual sessions which made it easier to do my sessions each week from the privacy of my own home. A great therapist and a lovely human being!!”
“I’m responsive and uncaring. They miss handled my daughter‘s case I sent an email to speak to someone. I have not received an email back. I was told to send an email after I called. There has been no response. My daughter had an extended stay at a mental institution and was supposed to continue care with these providers and they have done absolutely nothing but cancel an appointment. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT VISIT!!!! As I read these reviews I see the same thing happen to us as to others. I expressed my concerns that my daughter needed a higher level therapist and the person that I was speaking to was not yet certified they still needed a few hours. Two weeks later I’m getting notification that The provider does exactly what I told her I didn’t want, which is talk therapy and if I wanted to keep the appointment. Also that her Supervisor would not be able to see my daughter. So now there is a two week going on one month delay in my daughter’s treatment. I am unsure why they are not screening patient’s and fitting them with providers that suit their needs again. They must be about money and not about helping people.”
“I worked with Keira for over a year and truly valued her as a therapist. I genuinely enjoyed our sessions and found her to be excellent in her work. Unfortunately, my negative review is due to the billing department, which has been a constant source of frustration. They repeatedly charged my card without authorization, even after I deleted my payment information from their portal. I was frequently billed incorrect amounts, including overcharges, with no clear explanation, even after providing documentation from my insurance company confirming that I owed nothing. While they eventually issued a partial refund, it was not even credited to the card that was originally charged. Although the therapy itself was outstanding, the ongoing issues with their billing department ultimately forced me to end my care with this company.”
