What patients say on Google
“I feel incredibly fortunate that Elle Mental Health's internship program matched me with Jackie June. Working with her has truly been life-changing. For more than a decade, I've been navigating the realities of being a caregiver. My husband has been living with Stage IV colorectal cancer since 2012, and in 2022 he was also diagnosed with end-stage kidney failure requiring home dialysis. As the sole provider for our family, his primary caregiver, and the mother of our daughter, I had spent years living in survival mode. Jackie helped me recognize how my thought patterns and cognitive distortions were fueling my anxiety. She taught me practical tools to pause, evaluate my thoughts, question whether they were based on facts or assumptions, and focus on what I can control instead of what I can't. These are skills I use every single day. One of the most meaningful things Jackie shared with me was, "Practice doesn't make perfect. Practice makes progress." Those words have stayed with me and continue to remind me that growth is a process. Jackie creates a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and challenged in the best possible way. She combines clinical knowledge with authentic compassion, and it is evident that she truly cares about her clients. Looking back, the greatest gift Jackie gave me was helping me move from surviving to living with intention. My circumstances haven't changed, but the way I think, respond, and care for myself has—and that has made all the difference. Jackie is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern at Elle Mental Health. I have chosen to continue working with her because the progress I've made under her care has been invaluable. If you're looking for a therapist who combines professional expertise with genuine compassion and practical tools that you can apply in everyday life, I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough. She has made a lasting difference in my life, and I will always be grateful that our paths crossed.”
“I am writing this review in hopes that this grabs the attention of this corporation’s office management. My Husband attends therapy at the office. He finally found someone he connects with, and the results have been incredible. He looks forward to his therapy appointment with her. And then he enters this office. The waiting room has an air freshener deodorant that is like mace to his sinuses, with the overwhelming perfumed scent that is being used in this space. It is not a light smell. It is heavy and artificial. Every appointment he has expressed this to his therapist, and nothing has changed. Surely there are other people who visit this office, who are allergy sufferers, immune compromised, or any of the other plausible reasons why this would be awful to breathe. We now know how toxic artificial perfumes and deodorants are to humans, and yet this is being used in a waiting room that services the public. My husband told me it was so bad today, he isn’t sure he is going to be able to continue his treatment here. I don’t understand why there isn’t an air purifier being used in place of the artificial smell that is being used, or why so much of it is needed. This isn’t a private home. Please make the necessary adjustments to your public space so that your patients can continue to receive their valuable mental health services, toxin risk free. Thank you.”
“I have nothing but glowing remarks for this practice and the team here. I’ve gotten treatment from both Jatharine and Aaron at different stages, and they’ve always approached each session with empathy, kindness, respect, and genuinely helpful advice that have helped me grow as a person, tackle complex life challenges, and show up every day as my best self. If you’re seeking mental health treatment, this is the best place.”
“Absolutely the worst. It took me years to get the the strength to do therapy and really found someone I trusted. They are just about money and do not care about your well being at all. I will never trust therapy again. The things I held inside for years. The director out of town for week and I guess there is no one else that takes care of things because they have your money.”
