“Supportive for all kinds of mental health needs/therapy. I've gone to a lot of different therapists and it's really hard to find one that I click with. Ellie Mental Health has been flexible and helpful, I have the option of in-person or virtual care -- making it easier and more comfortable for me! My therapist (Julie) is really great! She listens to what I need, rather than "Telling me" what I need/to do. I also think it's pretty affordable, even if you don't have insurance and have to pay out of pocket.”

“My therapist left after my first appt. Then tries to get me to go with her on the sly. No one even reaches out to me for months to see if I still want to be a patient. I said I did. She said she'd get me a therapist right away and apologized how things were handled. Its now been 2 weeks I've waited with no phone call. I tried to reach out and speak to someone in charge and the secretary refused and said I'd have to send an email instead. Im not chasing them when they are the ones that have been unprofessional with me. Ill just go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!”
