“Do not waste your time with these people. They don't care about anyone with depression, all they want is money, and just business. They are totally not compassionate in any way. I set up an appointment with them two weeks ago and said my insurance was no good. So I called them again to double check, and they said it was good and they gave me an appointment on Tuesday. I get there and Presley tells me again my insurance is no good. So okay I'll pay cash $175.00. Then she comes back and says she can't see me because of incorrect paperwork. Plenty of proof these people are pure business and don't care about anyone with depression..”

“I reached out on last Friday & was sent a text and email to call the office . Monday, I did & someone took some information about my insurance provider & the type of treatment I was seeking. Immediately after I was told they do not accept blue cross/blue shield & they weren’t accepting new clients at this time. Shouldn’t that have been in the text/emails I received instead of telling to call them to make an initial visit? Not only that but shouldn’t that have been the 1st thing from the person answering the phone before asking my information? I’m glad I don’t have an appointment at this time; they seem very discriminatory.”
