“They were able to delete my last review somehow. This business charged me a few hundred dollars at random, then had me wait over a holiday weekend for a refund which took forever to process. They offered me a paper check on the condition I’d remove my original review when this happened. I declined and they ghosted me. This was an auto pay that I never consented to, so I had my insurance investigate them. After this, they sent me a paper check to refund part of my deductible which they also overcharged me for. Then (I guess) they disputed the check and direct deposited me another random amount? This place is a billing nightmare that’s privately owned by someone who has zero clinical experience. There are former employees and patients complaining about these issues all over online forums. They’ll just delete this review again. Predatory and gross.”
