How likely are you to recommend Ellie Mental Health?
What patients say on Google
“Im grateful I had no copay for therapy, however Rona is a TERRIBLE therapist, she doesn't respond, she doesnt have any advice or suggestions when it comes to panic attacks or anxiety, I only went to her for a few months and that was more than enough to see that she is not meant to be a therapist”
“I have not been to this place since august, we checked our emails to find out they billed us another $200, wrongfully. we did not owe them any money, they kept the copy of our card and decided to charge us this much out of nowhere. we tried calling twice to dispute this charge and both times they did not answer. do not recommend this place.”
“When I first came to Google about Ellie, there were two people who had serious complaints about billing and another about the Director stealing their ADD dog. Now only one of those reviews is up. I went to Rona. She needs hearing aids and needs to actually speak to people. I was not impressed in anyway. She gave no direction nor led the therapy. I found it incredible that she had ten years experience. Now that might be the perfect therapist for you? IDK. But she wasn't a fit. She also said I had a copay, which I don't. So I kept giving her my credit card for this supposed copay. Then she took out a couple hundred dollars and wonders why I didn't want to continue! Maybe a heads up would be nice. It's better to talk to your Priest. It's actually cheaper and you won't need your insurance to get scammed either. Find another place for sure!!!”
“They will incorrectly charge your card numerous times. The lady youll speak to about it is all attitude. And don’t think removing your card from the app will matter. They’ll still charge your card. My therapist was fine but she left the practice (I suspect due to untoward business practices but she wouldn’t say) and I’m thankful she left because I was on my way out with her anyway. Shady shady practice. Stay away.”
