“Horrible practice. Originally wouldn’t even give them a star but it’s the only way to write this. Racheal was my kids therapist for a day they missed the next appointment didn’t bother to reach out to reschedule or follow up. Once I rescheduled out Racheal said she was too busy to continue therapy. Who does that? This is mental health not some random service. We depend on these Therapists and Doctors to help heal us but really in the end they just want your money. Talked to Keri the Practice owner and basically she just gave me the typical answer of “I can get you another therapist and if your insurance doesn’t cover it we can do a payment plan. “ just after money. I’m going else where . Where my teenager will actually be a priority. This place just opened so here is the warning to all.”
