They will not forward my records after a month of consecutive requests to all personnel. including their director Jose and Dr. Pooja Agarwal. They have blocked me from messaging via their online portal they request patients to utilize— to receive my justifiable documentation request. It’s highly unprofessional and against the rights and betterment of the patient. This is sad, please if you actually want help, do not go in or attend this practice virtually. I wish these people were kinder and more transparent.”
