“waitingroom/the management -- why the absolute heck is anyone using air freshener in those quantities for such a small closed door room? It wasn't always like this, lately tho it is causing my MCAS to flare which means for the next hour while in session I will be additionally physically uncomfortable. So many places of treatment in the local area have been a "Fragrance Free Zone" for the health of those of us that have sensitivities to artificial or concentrated natural "fresheners." I'm very surprised that a place such as Ellie & the working model would be so incredibly blind to a very well know/documented aggrevant for neurodivergent folks as well as folks with allergies, MCAS, Migraines, Asthma & COPD Patients.. the clincher, folks with depression & anxiety can actually show heightened smell sensitivity due to the stress impact on the brain. Don't even get me started on the environmental impact of commercially produced candles & air fresheners.. I don't like breathing burning petromulm products & other chemicals that require a degree in Latin to pronounce.. Do waay better, or put the sign in kiosk closer to the door & a couple chairs in the hall.. my lungs actually work, I'd like to keep it that way. Best!”

“I’d give them zero stars if possible. My therapist left and she told me they would assign a new one. They did not and have not answered my emails, messages. Ghosted by the therapist 🫠. If others are experiencing the same issues contact the main phone line and they’ll switch you to a functioning practice. They are individually owned. This is a location being run into the ground.”
