“A tree fell onto my neighbor’s house (right before my session). I raced out to call emergency services and had coordinate since they weren’t home. But missed my session. They refused to waive the fee. Their stance is their people need to get paid regardless of the circumstance And when they cancel on you, same day, this is kosher. I’ll let you decide if their actions demonstrate their mission to “compassionately transform the culture of mental health...” Update: Confirming that this review is specific to Ellie Mental Health Exton.”
