“Our son sees Miss Grace. She has been so helpful to him and to us as parents. He loves his sessions and carries over strategies at home. She made him a book about what to do with his various feelings and he uses it all the time. He even offered it to a friend who was upset in his class. Highly recommend Ellie for kids who may be experiencing anxiety or other big feelings. Miss Grace has been a wonderful support to our family.”

“Don’t take my word for it, scroll up and go to the forums tab. Most of this locations reviews are fabricated, and they report the honest ones. This place autopaid themselves several hundred dollars from my account, and when I wrote a review about it, they tried to leverage my refund in effort to get me to take it down. When I declined, they delayed it, sending my account into overdraft. They’re saying the situation is rectified. I still don’t have my money. Again, the situation is not “completely rectified” as I do not have my money. Look at this places Glassdoor reviews that they try so desperately to bury. Look at how they treat their workers. They run this place like a pyramid scheme. I had a three day holiday weekend. I explained to them that this charge is literally going to take food off my table. They didn’t care. I ended up in a worse spot than I started before coming here. I would never recommend this place to a vulnerable human being. This was my experience at YOUR establishment. The way these businesses are set up lend themselves to opportunists. You’re one of them. Side note- This was an auto pay. It would’ve happened again. If I didn’t notice it there’d be no refund. If you’re going here pay close attention to your account.”
