I felt nothing but compassion coming from her from start to end. She is so good at her job, and you could tell she likes what she does. She has a connection that is immediately felt from when she answers the phone until she says goodbye. I am sad that I can't get an appointment because everyone is full, but I will keep calling periodically, simply because you don't find service like this often here in Maryland.
