“I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a therapist at this mental health office. She came across as rude, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion. During our sessions, she made me feel like my mental health concerns weren’t serious enough, which is the last thing someone seeking help should hear.What didn’t make sense was that, despite telling me my concerns weren’t severe, she scheduled me for weekly appointments for an entire month. It felt more like my insurance was being billed than like I was receiving genuine care. Communication was also very poor. After I emailed her, it took over a week to get a response, and she only replied because my next appointment was literally five minutes away.To make matters worse, I was billed for an appointment that I did not attend. Because of this, I will be filing a dispute with both my bank and my insurance company to have the charge investigated.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office. If you’re looking for mental health support, I suggest trying Rivers Bend instead, as I had a much better experience there.”

“If I could give a zero I would do that. This place is the worst for actually help. My wife has had 3 separate therapist through this god awful company and has been dismissed, seen for 2 days before leaving for a new practice and has been promised 2 or so other therapist who were told could help her but in the end they ending up not even making appointment. She is is a great deal of distress and mental pain, yet has received no help actually in the 7 months she's been in from the multiple therapist she's had! I will never recommend and I will tell other not to go here period. I know you may laugh it off but having no help after it's been promised multiple times is devastating to her mental help that is already falling apart”

“I like the vibe they have going on in the office but the communication is not there with therapist & clients or the Director. The therapist my daughter had absolutely loved him and he was a perfect match for my daughter. Sadly he had to go on leave and the clinic did not know when he was going to return and failed to find a replacement therapist for my daughter. I told them numerous times before that I was not going to take my kids to two different therapy offices when I wanted them at the same office. Hopefully, in the future they get everything fixed and in order more and fix the communication problem because I had appointments canceled and was never informed about it.”
