What patients say on Google

“My recent experience at this therapist's office has been exceptionally positive. The calming atmosphere and welcoming design immediately put me at ease. Director Lynn Harris my therapist, is an incredible professional who combines expertise with genuine compassion. Her tailored approach has provided me with valuable insights to navigate my challenges. Scheduling and communication with the office staff have been effortless. This office is a true haven for healing and support, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking therapy.”

“My daughter and I just started at Ellie Mental Health and we both absolutely LOVE our therapist Katelyn Reeves. She made sure my daughter was comfortable and educated about everything we talked about and she was very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure my daughter was involved in the conversation. My daughter loves her and asked when she gets to see her again ♥️”

“First, I want to be clear that this review is for the business office, not a therapist. This office decided not to continue to be in-network with my insurance. It happens, and I would have been disappointed, but understanding. However, not only did they not inform me, but my therapist was completely unaware as well. As of now, they still list the insurance company as “accepted” which they say they can legally do since they are willing to mail them a bill. As is obvious to anyone who has ever used insurance, sending a bill when you know it won’t be paid out of network by anyone other than the patient is bonkers. In the end they did reduce the bill by $30, but still left me feeling like another number to them. This seems like a shady practice for a company that is meant to help people. I would look elsewhere if you don’t like surprise bills.”
