What patients say on Google

“Just wanted to give 5 stars to Dr. Harley Yoder at Concord Family Medicine for the outstanding care he has given me. He has me taking phentermine 37.5mg tablet for weight loss and I lost 7 pounds on it at my most recent appointment with him 11/13/25. I want the Elkhart Clinic to know that I speak highly of him to alot of people on his professionalism as a doctor and his awesome work that he does with his patients in the office at Concord Family Medicine. The nurse Kandace that i see for check of my vitals before seeing him in the exam room, she is a 1# sweetheart of a nurse with the patients that are there for an appointment with Doc Yoder”

“Two stars because the facilities are not run down. Had a Dr break up with me for no real reason other than my case was too difficult. It took about 5 years, tons of tests, and three doctors to figure out my symptoms were allergies just to be terminated after it being solved. I saw a midwife and told her my symptoms and she was able to tell me right away what took the doctors here 5 years to solve. The symptoms are vomiting every day which has been going on for over ten years now. Unless you have a common regular issue the doctors here will not be able to figure it out. The GI Dr only treats GERD and diagnosed me with that even though I really don't have it he just couldn't figure out my issues because I should have been sent to an ear nose throat Dr. The doctors do not work well together the desk people don't know how to do their jobs and I never ever get a phone call back. I was tested for nodes on my lungs over a year ago and I still haven't heard from the doctor. I called every day for two weeks. Figured there is nothing to worry about? Honestly I should probably find a Dr that isn't beacon related to run another scan and tell me what has been found.”

“Editing my review to reflect 5 stars, but leaving my original comments below. Since the scheduling issues were resolved, the staff and doctors have been extremely helpful through what had been a difficult process. Scheduling with doctors working with/for Elkhart Clinic is one of the most egregious processes I've experienced in some time. For more than two weeks, I've called daily to schedule an appointment for my referral with a urologist. Everyday, it was a new voicemail and no calls back, except for today. I finally get a call from the office, and they say they can't schedule because my doctor who sent my referral isn't listed as my PCP. However, I called insurance two weeks ago to have this corrected, and I was assured it was updated in their system. I've even received a new card during this time! So, I call insurance again, and sure enough, my information is update. Next, I call Elkhart Clinic back (and actually get through) and after I explain that I just verified information with the insurance company, the scheduler tells me, "Well, sometimes it takes a while to update electronically." While it can take a couple of hours on the backend, if your scheduler is still seeing old information on your browsers, the problem is with Elkhart Clinic. I tried explained that they're almost certainly viewing cached pages which is likely causing problems for others as well. When I explained this and that she'll need to get with tech support, the gal said, "You're not going to talk to me that way." Honestly, issues like this, why they happen, and how to resolve them are common knowledge working professionals anywhere else, but... this is Elkhart. There's no reason for this to be as difficult as it's been. If you take my insurance, then my card should suffice, but they still wouldn't schedule me. My back hurts. The pain has gone from kind of obnoxious to "there" and it's scary, but it looks like I'm going to have wait until I'm near death, and hope I can get the care I need through an ER.”

“I was a patient of elkhart clinic and I was seeing Dr. Kazi for pain management and I go to call in February to have my pain pump filled and they tell me that doctor kazi quit in December, but elkhart clinic never contacted patients that they closed the granger office. I asked if they help to find a new doctor and they said no. They should have sent out letters to all of his patients. This is not professional at all”
