“Empathetic and responsive care Staff: I've worked with David Vincent, KD Wainright, Sky and Claudia. They are a wonderful group that has the patient in mind, 100% of the time. Communication: Listen, you will not find a more responsive office. I've heard so many horror stories from friends who aren't able to reach their provider for refills or appointments. I have never once had an issue with scheduling, rescheduling, or requesting refills through the portal. Elite Psychiatry's customer service should be studied by other offices. Care: Finding a mental health care team is hard. Sometimes it feels impossible. Elite Psychiatry has been the best and most consistent part of that care team.”
