During the consultation she goes through a list of question to evaluate your therapy needs and while we were going through the questions we were digging deep to things I didn’t realize had such an impact in my life, at the same time she was so good at creating a calm and relaxing environment while discussing things that made me feel uncomfortable. “This was literally a joke of an establishment. I cannot believe I wasted my time and money for one single session here. I booked an appt for 5 pm with a therapist (the person I was with was NOT a therapist, they were a counselor.) and was waiting in the lobby for almost 10 minutes. My counselor “Suly” came to the lobby laughing and did not even greet me. Asked my name and just said “follow me”. Then made me fill out paperwork for over 15 minutes (instead of having me do it afterwards). At this point, it’s 5:35 pm and we have not even spoken yet. Suly basically begins listing off questions from her computer, with no context to what I’m saying. To top it all off, she then asks me if I “cared so much about my weight, why are you not doing anything about it?” I am humiliated and will NEVER be back here again.”
