She is always friendly, welcoming, patient, and helpful. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable and treats you with kindness and respect. Front office staff can really set the tone for an entire visit, and Katie does an amazing job. Regina, my psychiatrist, has also been wonderful. I appreciate that she takes the time to listen to me and allows me to express how I’m feeling without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
