“My experience was less than desirable. Firstly the front office is so rude and off putting. Just speaking to them alone I would cancel and leave this office. I had an appointment today at 8 am the therapist never showed I have screenshot proof. I called the front asked them to cancel because she never showed and I was met with a disgusting attitude by Cynthia. Then my therapist texted me blaming me saying I wasn’t in the session. I called the office back to ensure I would not be charged and I want proof of cancellation. Cynthia said she cannot provide proof and told me the therapist also told her she was in the session waiting for ME and I never showed. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior at this office. DONT GET INTO THE MEDICAL FIELD IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. I will never return and already set up appointments elsewhere. The absolute WORST experience!”
