“Originally gave 1 star due to a frustrating scheduling issue, but Claire (the office manager of this location) got in touch with me promptly and talked me down, and really helped out my situation. Not only fixed the scheduling issue and took the time to pre-schedule a couple of appointments in advance for me, but also took the time to help me as an individual and let me vent to her and tell her what was going on. What started as a bad experience, was quickly remedied and I’m really satisfied with how I was treated.. Despite me losing my temper, I was treated with respect, care, and it turned my whole mood around. I really appreciate the way I was handled in what could’ve turned into a crisis situation. There’s pros and cons of every therapy establishment, but I think what stands out the most is the willingness to fix a situation when something goes wrong. I also wanted to recognize Amanda in the office, she was wonderful as well. Friendly and patient. Dr Rockledge is fantastic, knowledgable, willing to listen, prompt and informative, and doesn’t just shove medications on you. Stresses the importance of environmental improvements vs throwing medications at a problem and hoping they work. I appreciate the care I get from EliteDNA, North Palm location. Thank you! 🙏🏻”

“This place is completely unorganized. I did an intake appointment for my daughter 3 days ago. I received a call today telling from someone that told me they were calling to schedule an appointment but I owed money from 2022 (which I never received a bill for btw). I paid the $30 and was then transferred bac,k to another person that seemingly had no idea what I was talking about. Then another woman got on the phone and was rude. What do you want to do, do you want to schedule or not? I was referred to this place by my insurance. I 100% would not recommend it if you have other options. The staff (at the Delray office) at least was very rude and unhelpful. You called me, why are you asking my why I called? We did an assessment 3 DAYS ago. I was told someone would call me to schedule an appointment. I can't review their therapists, but apparently we went for 2 visits in 2022 that I have no recollection of, and their office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. I will be seeking services elsewhere. They also seem to us an AI operator/web bot that is annoying to deal with when trying to setup the initial assessment. The only reason I tried this place was because it was covered by insurance. NOT WORTH IT. I'd recommend you do the same. They got their $30, but lost any possible future business from my family. Edit: look at the other 1 star reviews. Rudeness is a common theme.”

“Elite DNA you FAILED my son. He went to "therapy" for 7 MONTHS. You guys DIDN'T INFORM my son and my family that you appointed him intern. Instead of helping my son you caused more damage. My son isn't any better after going to "therapy" for 7 months at Elite DNA. To be very honest the past 7 months have been HELL. My son went to a new therapist at a different place and in ONE SESSION WITH THE NEW EXPERIENCED THERAPIST my son has a meaningful and practical therapy plan. Which my son has embraced. My son literally has done a complete 180 within ONE THERAPY SESSION.......ELITE DNA GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!”
