The office is always beautifully decorated for each month and special occasion, which creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My kids love coming in to color, and they especially enjoy the little goodie bags that are always available for families. The front desk staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They go out of their way to make families feel comfortable, and the little candies for the kids are such a thoughtful touch. For anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment to help navigate their own or their children’s mental health needs, I would absolutely recommend the Maitland office 100%.”

The process to get started was easy and every person I've encountered in the Maitland office has been absolutely stellar in this journey. My support team includes: Jaana (NP) who is patient, kind and truly listens & addresses my concerns. She subscribes to a great balance between natural remedies and meds (definitely not a "pill pusher" as I've encountered in the past) with a healthy concentration of getting some type of physical exercise on a regular basis. Administrative gals Sadiya & Aracelis are super caring, understanding & just all around wonderful. I was nervous in the beginning because of a negative past experience with another organization but from moment one Cami has made me feel comfortable, important and fully supported. She's very empathetic and insightful and has mastered the most kind way of "telling me about myself" 😅 in a very positive manner without making me feel "less than". She guides and encourages me in such a way that I feel soooo seen & heard in every single session. The words "thank you" are not sufficient to express my sincere appreciation to everyone here.
