“I absolutely love Dr Mazzarano, Amanda, Ramos, and Tammy outside of that. They are the only reason I stay with this company the office manager Mary is an absolute horror show. She tells patients off in front of other patients. She calls patients when she’s asked not to hangs up on them. She’s extremely rude unprofessional. I have asked for the administrator of elite DNA to call me so that I can make a formal complaint against her as of right now I still have not heard From the administrator if you want a wonderful psychiatrist psychologist or the best part of the front office then Dr Mazzarano Amanda and Tammy are your best bet. The practice itself elite behavioral DNA has been a difficult Transition for not just the patient but for also the staff that was in place prior to this absolute awful company taking over”

“I left a bad review for dr. Mazzorana a while back while I was going through the worst time in my life. My best friend at the time drugged and sexually assaulted a relative of mine who was 16. I was also having issues with my health insurance refusing to cover medications I need in order to function. I even had issues at work with a coworker of mine bullying me in front of the whole warehouse and getting away with it while I was being treated as if I were the problem. My family suffers from mental illness so I was catching stress at home where I live with my aunt and my grandmother who I'm sure were also suffering like me but weren't being receptive to my own struggles (most of which they didn't know I was going through at the time. Because of very positive changes, now they're the best family members an unfortunate individual like myself could ask for). There were other factors that contributed to me losing my mind and leaving an unfair review including the overuse of alcohol. I attempted to remove the review but couldn't find the review and have no way of changing or removing it so I'd just like to apologize to dr mazzorana for taking out some of those frustrations on him and his practice. Honestly this is a good practice I was just suffering and unable to recognize that then. I've been here over 5 years now and hope I can stay on for the foreseeable future.”

“I have been going there for a long time. And the doctor has helped me quite a bit. We've changed my medicine several times to fit my ongoing effects. The therapist that's there is awesome. This is the second one. Because the first one retired, and they fit me. According to my needs to the therapists that I needed that work. The best for me. The only complaint I have is the office staff at the front desk. Other than that, I've never had Had a problem.I just find them amazing”
